aaaaahhhhhh

aaaahhhhh it's Friday!!!! Hurray hurrah for Friday!!! I only wish I was going out on a date with my hottie husband...maybe Sunday. My Ma offered to babysit. :) So life is still going full tilt and I guess I was kidding myself to think it would ever slow down. I guess I have to slow down.
I have to just try and focus on what really matters and put my energy in places that it is really needed. We'll see. So far living in the moment is proving to be a very difficult thing to accomplish.
Let's see....things I need to do.
1. Sew more
2. Paint the basement...starting with my sewing studio.
yes I have a studio :)
3. Put some photo books together for the kids.
4. Organize my photos on my computer...ha ha
5. Get some photo projects going. ie do some cool photo shoots like I used to.
6. Join a Gym
7. Go to Bastyr
to work on a nutrition plan that helps me with all my issues....ie lactose intolerance....Sarcoidosis....sensitivity to sugars.....lack of energy....
8.Oh yeah...relax more ha ha

I take B12 and an iron supplement (both slow/time release types) for my energy issues. You might find that those help, especially with a vegetarian diet. I also haven't had a migraine in a month since being on the B12.
